Is my clients' data used to train AI models?
No. Everything runs on business-tier AI accounts in your firm's own name, under commercial terms that exclude your content from model training. I don't hold your data on my accounts.
Find out where AI would save your firm the most time.
One hour. I'll tell you honestly what's worth doing, what isn't, and in what order. Then I build it: an AI system that knows every case and shows you exactly where each answer came from.
One hour, free. You leave with a written plan whether or not you hire me.
Most firms have tried an AI tool and gotten generic answers that someone still has to rewrite. The model isn't the problem. The problem is that it doesn't know your cases, your forms, your clients' rules, or how your office runs.
Two support staff were running a high-volume collections practice. I mapped their whole pipeline, from intake to judgment, then built the drafting system around their own templates and case files.
Tyler took a daily packet that took the better part of an hour and turned it into something our paralegal runs in a few minutes. And every number points back to the source documents, so I can confirm it and trust it in seconds. I've never seen anything like it.
One hour with you and whoever runs operations. I learn where your team's time actually goes, and where AI fits and where it doesn't.
FreeA specific playbook for your firm: which tasks to automate first, which tools to use, and what it will save. It's yours to act on with or without me.
Yours to keepIf you want me to do it, I build the system, train your staff, and stay on as your outsourced AI lead so it keeps working as the tools improve.

I trained as an industrial engineer, spent years running supply chain at Tesla and KLA, then built and exited my own Bitcoin ATM company. Now I work on nothing but AI implementation. My father co-founded Abacus Data Systems, the practice-management software law firms across the country run on, so bringing AI into law firms was a natural next step.
I'm hands-on. I don't hand you a slide deck and leave; I build the system myself and sit with your staff until they're using it.

AI drafts with a human in the loop. A person reviews every document before it leaves the office.
Every figure is cited back to its source and reviewable instantly.

Bill the time actually spent. The gain is capacity: the same staff can take on more matters. In collections defaults, the court-allowed attorney fee comes from the county's schedule, not the hours spent, so faster drafting doesn't reduce it. For contingency and flat-fee firms, speed goes straight to profit.
The system is designed with a human in the loop. Every figure in a generated document links to the source document it came from, and to the math behind it. A person reviews every document before it leaves the office, and checking a number takes seconds instead of re-reading the file.
No. The system works alongside the software, templates and folders you already use. I coordinate with your IT provider so nothing in your current setup is disrupted.
A typical build takes two to three weeks after the consultation. Your staff are trained on it before I hand it over.
The consultation and written plan are free. If you want me to build it, the build is quoted as a fixed fee once we both know the scope, with optional monthly support after that.
No. I'm based in Southern California and meet local firms in person, but most of the work is done remotely, so I work with firms anywhere in the US.
One hour. I'll tell you honestly what's worth doing, what isn't, and in what order. If AI isn't a fit for your practice yet, I'll tell you that too.
