More clients.
Same team.

Find out where AI would save your agency the most hours.

One hour. I'll tell you honestly what's worth doing, what isn't, and in what order. Then I build it: one AI setup your whole team shares, that knows every client's voice, keywords and rules, so nobody starts from scratch.

One hour, free. You leave with a written plan whether or not you hire me.

Why most agency AI disappoints

A chatbot doesn't know your clients. The system has to be built around them.

Most agencies already use AI. Every writer has their own chat window, their own prompts and their own way of explaining each client. The model isn't the problem. The problem is that it doesn't know your clients, your checklists, or how your team delivers.

What usually happens

  • Everyone on a different AI tool, a different plan, and different prompts
  • Each writer re-explains the client at the start of every session
  • One client's topics, voice or city drift into another client's work
  • Account managers still read every post line by line before it goes out
  • Meta titles and schema still done by hand, one page at a time

What I set up

  • One shared AI workspace for the whole team, on your agency's own accounts
  • A file for every client: voice, banned words, service area, approved keywords
  • Repeatable one-click tasks: blog QA, meta titles, schema, ad copy, monthly reports
  • Your agency's know-how kept in one place, not in people's heads or laptops
  • Your staff trained until they use it every day
Where the hours go

The repeat work that caps how many clients one team can carry.

I mapped a 60-plus-client SEO agency's delivery from keyword approval to monthly report. These are the jobs that eat the week, and they're the first ones the system takes over.

200–400Blog QAPosts read by an account manager every month: 4 to 8 per client, across about 50 clients
100–500On-pagePages per site that need a hand-written title and description, across WordPress, Shopify and Squarespace
1 per pageSchemaStructured data written, checked and added one page at a time
15 + 4Paid searchHeadlines and descriptions per responsive search ad, each counted against its character limit
What changes: drafts come out already matched to the client's voice and rules, and every one sits next to the page it came from for a person to approve in bulk.

Tyler took a daily packet that took the better part of an hour and turned it into something our paralegal runs in a few minutes. And every number points back to the source documents, so I can confirm it and trust it in seconds.

What it handles

Your SOPs, run the same way for every client.

Blog drafting and QA

Drafts from the client's own voice file. QA flags off-brand lines, banned words and off-topic drift instead of rewriting everything.

Meta titles and descriptions

Written from each page's own content, within length, with the client's keywords and city. Reviewed in one list.

Schema on every page

Structured data generated from the page itself, checked in Google's testing tools, approved before it goes live.

Ad copy

Responsive search ad headlines and descriptions inside character limits, using only the offers that client actually runs.

Monthly reports

A first draft of the client report from the month's work, ready for the account manager to adjust and send.

Client onboarding

A new client's file built from the kickoff call and their site, so the whole team starts from the same facts.

About

Engineer first. I map how your agency delivers before I build anything.

I trained as an industrial engineer, spent years running supply chain at Tesla and KLA, then built and exited my own Bitcoin ATM company. Now I work on nothing but AI implementation. My first AI client was an SEO agency, and I've sat with their writers, SEO managers, account managers and paid-media team to see where every hour goes.

I'm hands-on. I don't hand you a slide deck and leave; I build the system myself and sit with your team until they're using it.

Your clients' data

Client trust isn't an add-on.

Your accounts

Runs on business-tier AI under your agency's own login, not mine.

No training on your data

Commercial terms that exclude your content from model training.

A person approves

Nothing goes to a client or onto a live site until someone on your team signs off.

Survives turnover

Client know-how lives in your shared files, not on one person's laptop.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is my clients' data used to train AI models?

No. Everything runs on business-tier AI accounts in your agency's own name, under commercial terms that exclude your content from model training. I don't hold your clients' data on my accounts.

Will Google penalize content written with AI?

Google's published guidance is that it rewards helpful, high-quality content however it's produced, and that using automation mainly to manipulate rankings breaks its spam policies. The system drafts from each client's real expertise and a person approves every piece, which is the kind of use that guidance describes.

Our clients pay a monthly retainer. Why does speed matter?

Retainer revenue is capped by how many clients your team can carry. Taking the repeat work off your writers, SEO managers and account managers lets the same team take on more clients, and shortens the time between a client's approval and the work going live.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

A person approves everything before it reaches a client or a live site. Drafts are checked against each client's own rules, and the review shows every title, description and schema block next to the page it came from, so checking is fast.

Do we have to change our tools?

No. The system works alongside the website platforms, project tools and shared drive you already use.

Can our remote and offshore team use it?

Yes. Each person uses the AI desktop app on their own computer, signed in to the agency's account, and reads the same shared client files as everyone else.

How long does setup take?

A typical setup takes about three weeks after the consultation, including training on a real client task before I hand it over.

What does it cost?

The consultation and written plan are free. If you want me to build it, the setup is quoted as a fixed fee once we both know the scope, with optional monthly support after that.
